My work lives at the intersection of shame and joy, silence and voice, wounding and liberation. I guide people—through sound, movement, and creative practice—to free the inner child that was taught to hide. I approach the taboo with tenderness and humor: shame, pleasure, the body’s intelligence, the parts we’re told to keep small. As a creative creature, I don’t separate art from life. I explore both through nature, intimacy, vocal improvisation, and the sacred ordinary.
